Jouw impact

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces, van intake en strategie tot selectie en onboarding. Je werft voor uiteenlopende functies binnen onder meer logistiek, productie, techniek, sales, staf en management. Tegelijkertijd ben je een stevige gesprekspartner voor managers en HR. Je denkt vooruit over toekomstige personeelsbehoeften, arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen en de manier waarop MCB talent kan aantrekken én behouden. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit: je adviseert op niveau, maar steekt zelf ook graag de handen uit de mouwen. Je houd je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het adviseren van managers over recruitment- en arbeidsmarktvraagstukken;
  • Actief searchen en aantrekken van schaarse professionals;
  • Employer branding en recruitmentmarketing;
  • Het verbeteren van recruitmentprocessen, data en KPI’s;
  • Onboarding en candidate experience;

De komende jaren staat de organisatie voor een belangrijke generatiewissel: ervaren medewerkers nemen afscheid en een nieuwe generatie professionals stroomt in. Daarom zoeken we een Senior Recruitment Business Partner die niet alleen werft voor vandaag, maar ook meebouwt aan de organisatie van morgen.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een ervaren recruitmentprofessional die zowel strategisch als operationeel sterk is. Je voelt je comfortabel aan tafel bij managers en weet tegelijkertijd zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken wanneer een vacature ingevuld moet worden.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

· HBO- of WO-werk- en denkniveau;

· Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring binnen corporate recruitment;

· Ervaring met het werven van schaarse profielen;

· Sterke adviesvaardigheden en stakeholdermanagement;

· Een ondernemende en resultaatgerichte instelling;

· Affiniteit met techniek, industrie, logistiek of productieomgevingen.
