Voor de afdeling Wood4Wood bij MCB in Valkenswaard zijn we op zoek naar een:

MEDEWERKER HOUTRECYCLE

Wat ga je doen?

Als medewerker bij Wood4Wood zorg jij ervoor dat retourhout en pallets op een efficiënte en veilige manier worden verwerkt. Je controleert binnenkomende en uitgaande pallets, beoordeelt of ze geschikt zijn voor hergebruik, reparatie of demontage en voert reparaties uit volgens kwaliteitsnormen. Ook los je vrachtwagens met binnenkomend materiaal en zaag je hout op maat voor intern gebruik of op klantvraag. Je werkt met diverse houtbewerkingsmachines en draagt bij aan een nette, veilige werkplek. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een goede teamsfeer en help je nieuwe medewerkers wegwijs te maken.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een echte aanpakker die graag met zijn handen werkt en oog heeft voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor een nette en veilige werkplek en spreekt collega’s daar ook op aan. In deze uitdagende functie werk je veel samen met collega’s, leer je van elkaar de kneepjes van het vak en help je elkaar wanneer het druk is.

Je durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en draagt bij aan een fijne en positieve werksfeer. Flexibiliteit en initiatief nemen passen helemaal bij jou!

Wat breng je mee?

  • VMBO/MBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in een logistieke functie.
  • Ervaring en met het juist gebruik van machines en gereedschappen.
  • Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en veiligheid staat hoog in het vaandel.
  • Praktische instelling en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken volgens planning.

Waarom kies je voor MCB?

  • Een salaris vanaf €2.639,50 bruto per maand, op fulltime basis (indien 21 jaar of ouder, anders naar rato).
  • Fijne werktijden in twee ploegen, van 6.00 - 14.00 en 14.00 - 22.00 uur.
  • Een ploegentoeslag van 12,5%, bovenop je salaris.
  • Direct een contract bij MCB, met de intentie tot een vast contract.
  • Een informele werksfeer, korte lijnen en een financieel gezond bedrijf.
  • Goede secundair arbeidsvoorwaarden waaronder 31,5 vakantiedagen, een goede pensioensregeling en afhankelijk van bedrijfsresultaten een halve 13de maand.
