PROCESOPERATOR | 2-PLOEGEN OF 3-PLOEGEN

Dagelijks zijn er ongeveer 125 collega's aan de slag om duizenden kilo's aan bestellingen te bewerken, op een veilige en kwalitatieve wijze. Wil jij hieraan bijdragen?

Een team bestaat uit 10-25 medewerkers. MCB heeft een uitgebreid en divers machinepark waar de komende jaren aanzienlijk in verbeterd en geïnvesteerd gaat worden. Mede om die reden zoeken we meerdere Operators.

Een werkdag start je altijd gezamenlijk op met je collega's middels een overdracht van de vorige ploeg, zodat je weet hoe het ervoor staat. Tijdens je dienst zorg je voor een zo efficiënt mogelijk verloop van het productieproces. Je reageert alert op meldingen binnen de productie die kunnen leiden tot verstoringen.

Werktijden

Je kunt in deze rol zowel in 2-Ploegen als in 3-Ploegen werken. Hierin kies jij!

  • 2-Ploegen: Afwisselend van 06.00 tot 14.05 uur en van 14.00 tot 22.05 uur.
  • 3-Ploegen: Van 06.00 tot 14.05 uur, 14.00 tot 22.05 uur, of 22.00 tot 06.05 uur (zondagavond t/m vrijdagochtend).

  • Bij 2-Ploegen: Startsalaris van € 3.251,- bruto per maand (€ 2.889,- + 12,5% ploegentoeslag).
  • Bij 3-Ploegen: Startsalaris van € 3.575,- bruto per maand (€ 2.805,- + 27,5% ploegentoeslag).
  • Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder 31,5 vakantiedagen, een goed pensioen en een winstuitkering.
  • Direct een contract bij MCB, met de intentie tot een vast contract.
