Senior Product Data Specialist

Ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen data, business en technologie? Weet jij structuur aan te brengen in complexe productinformatie en deze te vertalen naar een heldere, organisatie brede productdata-strategie en inrichting? En neem jij daarin vanzelfsprekend de regie én de organisatie mee? Dan is de rol van Senior Product Data Specialist bij MCB iets voor jou.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Senior Product Data Specialist ben je organisatie breed verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, realiseren en borgen van de productdata-strategie en de bijbehorende inrichting. Je bent onderdeel van de afdeling BI & Datamanagement en speelt een sleutelrol in het verder professionaliseren van productdata en de rol die deze speelt binnen MCB.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de productdata-visie en het vertalen hiervan naar centraal beleid met heldere definities, processen en richtlijnen;
  • Actief aansturen van de business op naleving en het begeleiden van organisatie brede veranderingen;
  • Ontwikkelen, verbeteren en borgen van productdata governance en uniforme processen (o.a. product- en assortimentsbeheer);
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen strategie, business en IT en zorgen voor een toekomstbestendige inrichting van productdata;
  • Bijdragen aan efficiëntere processen en een consistente, betrouwbare informatiebasis die benut wordt voor commerciële groei en digitalisering.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent geen afwachtende specialist, maar iemand die eigenaarschap neemt en richting geeft aan productdata binnen de organisatie.

  • Je hebt een duidelijke visie op productdata en weet deze te vertalen naar de praktijk;
  • Je beweegt je moeiteloos op het snijvlak van strategie, business en IT en schakelt soepel met verschillende stakeholders;
  • Je doorgrondt complexe processen en vertaalt variatie in productdata naar heldere en werkbare afspraken;
  • Je communiceert overtuigend, creëert draagvlak en neemt collega’s actief mee in veranderingen;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en toont initiatief;

Kortom: je combineert inhoudelijke diepgang met een pragmatische aanpak en weet productdata écht verder te brengen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding (bedrijfskundige/technologische richting);
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig richting te geven en initiatief te nemen binnen een rol die je zelf verder vormgeeft;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (Duits/Frans is een pré);
  • Kennis van productinformatie managementsystemen, datapools en classificatiestandaarden is een pré.
