Heb jij inmiddels een bewezen basis in inkoop en wil je de staalwereld écht leren kennen? Bij MCB krijg je de ruimte en kansen om kwaliteit te leveren én door te groeien richting de rol van Inkoopmanager.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Tactisch Inkoper ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen leveranciers en interne stakeholders (logistiek en operations). Met jouw analytische blik volg je markttrends en prijsontwikkelingen op de voet en speel je in op kansen om het maximale rendement te realiseren. Je gaat bouwen aan je eigen portefeuille en onderhoudt deze. Als Tactisch Inkoper:

  • Ondersteun je bij het selecteren en beoordelen van nieuwe leveranciers;
  • Analyseer je inkoopdata en signaleer je verbeterkansen;
  • Schakel je met sales om de klantvraag te vertalen naar passende inkoopoplossingen en beschikbaarheid van materiaal;
  • Schakel je proactief met leveranciers over levertijden, prijzen en service en draag je zo bij aan de optimalisatie van de klanttevredenheid;
  • Denk je mee over de optimalisatie van het gehele inkoopproces.

Wat bieden we?

Om al deze taken in de vingers te krijgen, hebben we nagedacht over een inwerktraject. We laten je vanaf de basis kennismaken met onze organisatie om jou te laten groeien tot een succesvolle en zelfstandig werkende Inkoopmanager. Verder krijg je:

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent analytisch sterk, cijfermatig goed en krijgt energie van het behalen van resultaat. Je bent communicatief vaardig, bouwt sterke relaties op met leveranciers en werkt als teamspeler moeiteloos samen met sales, logistiek en operations. Jouw ambitie is hoog en je ziet deze rol als kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen tot Inkoopmanager. Verder heb je:

  • Een HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur technisch);
  • Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring, bij voorkeur in inkoop of supply chain;
  • Affiniteit met of ervaring in de metaal/technische sector.

Je komt in een team van 4 ambitieuze inkoopcollega's te weken die zich dagelijks inzetten voor de inkoop van al onze materialen. De inkoopwereld is erg dynamisch en altijd in ontwikkeling. Daarom is het team hands-on ingesteld, hebben ze een hoge drive en beschikken over een goede dosis winnersmentaliteit. Want alleen zo worden de mooiste resultaten geboekt.
