Voor een tijdelijke vervanging (6 maand) zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Transport Coördinator.

Als Transport Coördinator sta je in voor:

Het plannen, organiseren, opvolgen en bijsturen van de los- en laadactiviteiten voor meerdere verzendpunten teneinde:

- de goederen op efficiënte manier te kunnen voorbereiden, lossen/laden.

- de goederen correct en tijdig te bevoorraden aan McBride magazijnen.

- de klant correct en tijdig te beleveren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

Planning:

- Voorbereiding interne documenten

- Nazien beschikbaarheden productie, inboekingen TMS laaddag X+1, ADR en LQ transporten

- Inplannen van aanvragen voor specifieke depots, CPU (afhalingen), transporten specifieke transporteurs, Push transporten, interne Javel transporten, interne- en koerchauffeurs

- Behandelen planning laaddag X+1 d.m.v. TMS Dockschedular

Opvolging:

- Expeditieplanningen voor laaddag X en X-1

- TMS voor de no-show transporten voor laaddag X en X-1

- Ingeplande retours

Rapportering:

- Tekorten en no-show transporten voor alle verzendpunten op laaddag X-1

- Non-conformiteiten van de transporteurs

Contact:

- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor transport gerelateerde zaken

- Behandelen van mails m.b.t. expeditie

Jouw profiel:

- Je bent klantgericht

- Je bent analytisch en oplossingsgericht

- Je bent in staat om prioriteiten te stellen en resultaatgericht

- Je kan goed samenwerken

Technische competenties & Diploma:

- A2 en minstens 1 jaar ervaring in een logistieke omgeving

- Een zeer goede proceskennis van planning, transport en magazijnbeheer

- Goede kennis MS Office

- Goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels

- Ervaring met SAP en TMS zijn een plus
