McDaniels Acura in Columbia, SC, is looking for an experienced Acura Brand Specialist who combines a competitive mindset with a genuine commitment to the customer experience.

What you’ll do

  • Create opportunities. Engage showroom customers, respond to digital inquiries, and develop business through proactive outreach and referrals.
  • Bring the vehicles to life. Deliver compelling presentations and test drives that connect each vehicle’s features to the customer’s needs.
  • Own your follow-up. Use our CRM and digital tools to stay organized, manage your pipeline, and keep every opportunity moving.
  • Make buying feel straightforward. Guide customers through our paperless sales process with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Know your product. Build your knowledge of the Acura lineup and competing premium vehicles.
  • Pursue results. Set ambitious goals, take coaching seriously, and stay accountable for your performance.
  • Build lasting relationships. Deliver an experience that gives customers a reason to return—and recommend you.

What you bring

  • Proven automotive sales experience; premium or luxury-brand experience is a strong plus.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for Acura, automotive technology, and the driving experience.
  • A proactive, competitive mindset with the discipline to turn activity into results.
  • Confidence communicating in person, by phone, through text, and on video.
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to adopt a modern, paperless sales process.
  • Consistent CRM habits, strong follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Energy, professionalism, and the ability to earn trust without pressuring customers.
  • A coachable attitude and the ambition to build a successful long-term career.
