Audi of Charleston is looking for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about Audi, motivated to succeed, and ready to embrace a modern, paperless digital sales process.

We want a proactive competitor—not someone waiting for the next customer to walk through the door. Someone who creates opportunities, follows through, learns quickly, and delivers a premium experience from the first conversation to the final delivery.

A modern approach to sales

Our sales process is designed around a digital, paperless customer experience. We’re looking for someone who embraces technology, stays organized, and understands that great selling combines personal connection with consistent execution.

You’ll represent a brand you’re proud of, help customers find the right vehicle, and take ownership of your business.

What you’ll do

  • Turn showroom visits, digital inquiries, and referrals into meaningful conversations and sales.
  • Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and test drives that connect Audi’s features to each customer’s priorities.
  • Build relationships through proactive outreach, timely follow-up, and a customer-first approach.
  • Use our CRM and digital sales tools consistently to manage opportunities and keep customers moving forward.
  • Guide customers through our paperless process with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Develop your knowledge of the Audi lineup and competing German luxury vehicles.
  • Own your performance, respond to coaching, and pursue ambitious goals.
  • Make every delivery memorable—and earn the next referral.

Who we’re looking for

Driven. You set goals, create opportunities, and bring urgency to your work without pressuring customers.

  • Experienced in automotive sales, with luxury or German-brand experience a strong plus.
  • Genuinely enthusiastic about Audi, German engineering, and the driving experience.
  • Confident communicating in person, by phone, through text, and on video.
  • Comfortable with technology and ready to learn a fully digital, paperless sales process.
  • Disciplined about follow-up, CRM activity, and managing your pipeline.
  • Competitive, coachable, and accountable for results.
  • Polished and personable, with the energy to build relationships and the professionalism to earn trust.
  • Motivated to build a career—not simply find another sales job.
