Stellenbeschreibung

  • Umfassende persönliche Assistenz des Leadership Teams sowie eigenständige administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft, einschließlich Termin‑, Reise‑ und Kalendermanagement, interner und externer Kommunikationsschnittstelle, strukturierter Dokumentenablage, Datenbankpflege, Reisekostenabrechnung sowie professioneller Protokollführung.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Organisation und Nachbereitung interner und externer Meetings sowie Empfang und Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Gäste.
  • Erstellung, Aufbereitung und Analyse von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Recherchen sowie vorbereitende Unterstützung für Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Management‑Präsentationen.
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an Projekten sowie Übernahme eigenständiger (Teil‑)Projektverantwortung inklusive Koordination, Abstimmung und Umsetzung.

Qualifikationen

  • Einschlägige mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im administrativen Assistenzbereich im Konzernumfeld unumgänglich
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office insbesondere Power Point und Excel
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Motivierte, eigenständige und selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit mit proaktiver Denk- und Handlungsweise sowie ausgeprägtem Organisations- und Kommunikationsgeschick
