Im Jahr 1977 eröffnete das erste österreichische McDonald’s Restaurant am Wiener Schwarzenbergplatz. Damit begann die Erfolgsgeschichte des heutigen Marktführers der heimischen Systemgastronomie.

Heute beschäftigen McDonald's und seine FranchisenehmerInnen in Österreich rund 9.600 MitarbeiterInnen aus über 90 Ländern in mehr als 190 Restaurants. Das macht McDonald's zu einem der größten Arbeitgeber in der heimischen Gastronomie.

Unser Franchisenehmer betreibt 10 McDonald's Restaurants in Wien und zählt mit rund 350 Dienstnehmer*innen zu den größten österreichischen Betreibern von McDonald's Restaurants.

Stellenbeschreibung

Unsere 10 Restaurants benötigen technische Betreuung, Wartungen und Reparaturen für das vielfältige Restaurant-Equipment und die Betriebsanlagen.

In Absprache mit unserem Head of Operations wird ein wöchentlicher und monatlicher Aufgabenplan erstellt und abgearbeitet.

Zusätzlich müssen wir flexibel auf unvorhersehbare Aufgabenstellungen bei der raschen Instandsetzung von wichtigen Betriebsanlagen reagieren.

Qualifikationen

Die perfekte Kandidatin oder der perfekte Kandidat bringt eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroinstallateur, Mechatroniker oder einer anderen verwandten technischen Richtung mit.

Weitere Erfolgsfaktoren, die du mitbringst sind:

  • die Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge rasch zu erfassen
  • eine ausgeprägte 'Ich-packs-an'-Mentalität ist eine wichtige Grundvoraussetzung
  • die Offenheit für fachliche Weiterbildungen sowie für Training an den McDonald's-spezifischen Anlagen
  • die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten bei der Bearbeitung von Reparatur-Anfragen unserer Restaurants setzen zu können
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie die Fähigkeit, mit Nicht-Technikern die vorhandenen Aufgaben und Problemstellungen zu erörtern
  • B-Führerschein
  • Flexibilität

Zusätzliche Informationen

Für die Erledigung der Aufgaben steht ein mit allen notwendigen Werkzeugen bestückter Montagewagen zur Verfügung.

Die Kosten für das Arbeitsgewand und die Sicherheitsausrüstung wird selbstverständlich von uns übernommen.

Als 2nd-Level-Support steht ein Reihe von Fachkräften und Fachfirmen zur Verfügung.

Die Verpflegung während der Arbeit durch das Produktangebot unserer Restaurants ist kostenlos.

Für diese Vollzeitanstellung (40h/W) ist ein Brutto-Monatsgehalt von € 2.300,- vorgesehen. Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Ausbildungen und Erfahrungen ist gegeben.
