Für unser Technology Build Team suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die globale IT-Lösungen versteht, an österreichische Anforderungen anpasst und erfolgreich implementiert. Nach einer fundierten Einschulung übernimmst du eigenständig Ownership für deine Plattformen und arbeitest eng mit internationalen Teams zusammen.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Global Solutions, Local Impact & Ownership: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Integration von IT Lösungen wie zB Edge-Server, Netzwerke und OS-Plattformen.
  • Internationale Zusammenarbeit & Steuerung: Du arbeitest intensiv und auf Augenhöhe mit unseren globalen Teams. Du musst nicht alles selbst von Grund auf bauen – deine Stärke liegt darin, globale Lösungen zu verstehen, die nötigen Informationen proaktiv einzufordern und sie effizient in den österreichischen Markt zu integrieren.
  • Build it, script it, hand it over: Du nimmst die globalen Lösungen, nimmst lokale Konfigurationen vor, schreibst oder adaptierst Provisioning-Skripte und definierst die Handover-Prozesse. Sobald alles standardisiert ist, übergibst du die Lösung an unser Operations-Team.
  • Hybrid IT & Cloud-Begleitung: Du leitest spannende Integrationsprojekte, bei denen On-Premise Applikationen in die Cloud wandern.
  • Der letzte Anker (4th-Level): Wenn unser lokales Operations-Team bei komplexen Plattform-Problemen nicht mehr weiterweiß, analysierst du den Root-Cause und stimmst dich zur Lösungsfindung bei Bedarf wieder mit den internationalen Teams ab.

Qualifikationen

  • Fundierte IT-Ausbildung (Studium in Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik, HTL oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung).
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Systems Engineering - idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Infrastruktur-Integration und Plattform-Projekte.
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein & Drive: Du wartest nicht auf Aufgaben, sondern erkennst, was getan werden muss. Du treibst Projekte auch dann voran, wenn der Weg mal unklar ist oder Abstimmungen mit internationalen Schnittstellen Zeit brauchen.
  • Tech Stack: Du bist fit im Microsoft OS Stack (Server & Client) und hast ein gutes Verständnis von MS Active Directory (inkl. GPOs).
  • Netzwerk & Automatisierung: Solide Netzwerk-Grundlagen (Routing, Firewalls) sind für dich selbstverständlich. Zudem hast du Erfahrung in der Skriptierung (vorzugsweise PowerShell).
  • Kommunikator & Teamplayer: Du bist stark in der Kommunikation und hast Freude daran, in internationalen Matrix-Strukturen zu arbeiten. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind dafür ein Muss.
  • Mindset: Du denkst in "Skalierung und Standardisierung" – egal ob für 200 Restaurants oder das Head Office.
