Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben als Team-Manager

  • Du führst dein Team durch den Tag – ob beim Frühstück, im Mittagsansturm, am Abend oder in der Nachtschicht.
  • Du planst den Mitarbeitereinsatz, koordinierst den Ablauf und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Schichtbetrieb.
  • Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für dein Team, gibst Feedback und begleitest neue Kolleg:innen beim Einstieg.
  • Du erkennst Potenziale im Team, förderst Talente aktiv und unterstützt Kolleg:innen in ihrer Weiterentwicklung.
  • Du achtest auf die Einhaltung unserer Standards in Qualität, Hygiene, Sicherheit und Service.
  • Du unterstützt die Restaurantleitung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben wie Schichtdokumentation, Bestellungen oder Auswertung von Kennzahlen.
  • Du entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt weiter – mit dem klaren Ziel, selbst mehr Verantwortung im Restaurantmanagement zu übernehmen.

Qualifikationen

Dein Idealprofil:

  • Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder im Kundenservice mit und hast bereits erste Führungsverantwortung gesammelt
  • Du bist motiviert, unsere Abläufe kennenzulernen und alle Trainings zu absolvieren, die dich auf deine Managementrolle bei McDonald’s vorbereiten
  • Du bist dienstleistungsorientiert, liebst es, Gastgeber:in zu sein, und hast einen ausgeprägten Servicegedanken
  • Der lebhafte Alltag im Restaurant liegt dir – auch in stressigen Situationen bleibst du ruhig, lösungsorientiert und zeigst Teamgeist und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Zahlen und komplexe Abläufe, denkst analytisch und arbeitest strukturiert
  • Du bist flexibel, wenn es um Schicht- und Wochenenddienste geht
