Lead and support transportation planning projects for clients, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Perform advanced traffic modelling and simulation using industry-standard software such as Synchro, VISSIM, EMME, or similar.

Develop and review transportation impact studies, corridor analyses, and multimodal planning reports.

Collect, analyze, and interpret traffic and travel demand data to inform project recommendations.

Coordinate directly with clients, presenting findings and guiding decision-making processes.

Prepare and deliver technical documentation, presentations, and visualizations for client meetings and public consultations.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, planners, and technical staff.

Contribute to strategic initiatives such as congestion management, safety improvements, and sustainable mobility planning.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.

Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in good standing, or eligibility for registration in British Columbia.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation planning and traffic modelling.

Demonstrated experience working directly with municipal clients and multidisciplinary project teams.

Proficiency with multiple transportation planning and traffic modelling software such as Synchro, HCS, SIDRA, VISSIM, EMME, VISUM, or similar platforms is required.

Experience managing tasks independently and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience mentoring junior staff is considered an asset.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
