- Assist with Microsoft 365 user support, including Outlook, Teams, passwords, MFA, and basic account-access issues.
- Support desk phones, mobile devices, and related phone-system requests.
- Create and maintain clear ticket notes, asset records, inventory records, and basic technical documentation.

What We’re Looking For
- Two or more years of hands-on IT support, desktop support, help desk, or similar technical experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, Outlook, printers, troubleshooting hardware, and user support.
- Experience with device setup, software deployment, account support, and basic networking concepts.
- Comfortable working directly with non-technical users in a fast-paced business environment.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple requests while communicating clearly.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally between assigned dealership locations as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting automotive dealerships, multi-site organizations, or other high-volume operational environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft, Entra ID, Active Directory, endpoint-management tools, or ticketing systems.
