Business Development Center (BDC) Representative McGrath Arlington Kia – Palatine, IL

McGrath Arlington Kia is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced BDC Representative to join our team as we prepare to open our brand-new, state-of-the-art Kia facility in the coming weeks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound leads, calls, and internet inquiries
  • Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up consistently with customers via phone, text, and email
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking
  • Work closely with sales and management to maximize opportunities
  • Deliver a professional, customer-first experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous BDC or automotive sales experience required
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Driven, organized, and team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
