  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, gather feedback from educators and administrators, and use product performance data and analytics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure product development reflects relevant educational standards, market needs, and current educational practices.
  • Support in-market activities, including proposals, RFP responses, rubrics, sales operations, and funding requests, using your knowledge of product-market fit and the product roadmap.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Curriculum Design, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working on Agile teams.
  • Familiarity with print and digital curriculum design, including knowledge of educational standards related to Literacy for High School Grades 6–12.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions, along with a passion for education and commitment to improving literacy outcomes for all students.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
