  • Contribute in cross-functional discussions, program planning, and curriculum mapping within an Agile framework to ensure that product requirements, project schedules, and product goals are met and completed on time.
  • Lead digital launches with vendors and freelancers, including reviewing and finalizing templates, trackers, and digital content development guidelines; ensure all deliverables expectations are met.
  • Contribute to the creation of POC’s and hi-fidelity prototypes, identifying key features to prototypes to reduce overbuild and anticipate risk.
  • Support user testing by interpreting results and making strategic recommendations, serving under the leadership of management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to identify, test, troubleshoot, and follow up on technical issues in authoring tools and the platform; suggest ideas about potential causes and solutions.
  • Identify, pilot, and scale novel digital solutions for issues that arise during development.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or related field required.
  • Experience working with Spanish-language materials; prior experience as a Spanish, ESL, SLA, or dual-language teacher is a plus. A successful candidate may have previous K-5 teaching experience.
  • 4+ years' experience working in digital content development that includes teaching and learning materials.
  • Experience leading multiple projects within tight deliverables and budgets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence trade-off decisions across scope, quality, time, and resources.
  • Experience creating learning experiences with authoring tools, learning management systems, and content management systems, with a demonstrated ability to proactively develop and share best practices in content authoring.
  • Anticipate project challenges and bring risks to the attention of leadership with proposed solutions.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on practical, effective problem-solving.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and their application to instructional design and content development.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
