  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, databases, and application infrastructure, with ability to perform initial log reviews and triage issues (coding not required).
  • Understanding and experience with AI and data infrastructure, including data pipelines, model training workflows, and deployment tools.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence across all organizational levels and diverse, cross‑functional teams.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Skilled in defining, tracking, and interpreting key performance metrics for AI models and products (e.g., accuracy, precision, ROI).
  • Demonstrated proactive, metrics‑driven product management leadership that balances business and technical success.
  • Committed to ethical and responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, data privacy, and transparency.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in AI space

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
