Job Highlight

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify business opportunities, generate leads, acquire new corporate clients, and achieve sales and enrolment targets.
  • Build Corporate Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with HR, L&D professionals, and corporate decision-makers to understand organisational training needs.
  • Promote Education Programmes: Present suitable professional education and training solutions, including relevant SkillsFuture-related programmes, to prospective clients.
  • Manage Sales Activities: Maintain CRM records, track sales pipelines, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with marketing teams on outreach and lead generation activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, Higher Education sales, corporate training, and business development.
  • Experience engaging corporate clients, particularly HR and Learning & Development (L&D) stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's SkillsFuture initiatives or Continuing Education & Training (CET) sector will be advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work towards sales targets.
