Are you an experienced Health and Wellness Manager, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) passionate about senior care and wellness? As the Health and Wellness Manager, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your expertise as a leader will shine through coordinating personalized care plans, conducting detailed resident assessments, and maintaining accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR). You will play a critical role liaising with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with BC Assisted Living regulations, and enhancing resident and family communication.

We are looking for a Health and Wellness Manager, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in assisted living or long-term care, strong knowledge of BC health authority standards, and proven skills in documentation, incident reporting, and staff training

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN - BCCNM (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related seniors' care environment
  • Professional fluency in both Korean and English (Asset)
  • Familiarity with Community Care & Assisted Living Act and the Assisted Living Regulations along with Fraser Health Authority processes

Must provide a complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check) within the last six months or be willing to obtain one.
