Skills You’ll Need

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy. • Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing. • Ability to meet all applicable requirements to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge. • Ability to obtain and maintain additional pharmacist licenses as required. • 9+ years of relevant pharmacy experience within specialty pharmacy, patient care, pharmacy operations, Direct-to-Patient programs, Free Goods programs, or similar environments. • Experience leading pharmacy operations within a highly regulated environment. • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state pharmacy regulations, Board of Pharmacy requirements, licensing standards, operational controls, and compliance expectations. • Experience managing Board of Pharmacy inspections, regulatory audits, licensing renewals, and ongoing audit readiness activities. • Experience identifying compliance risks, developing corrective and preventive action plans (CAPAs), and implementing sustainable remediation strategies. • Experience supporting multi-state pharmacy operations and pharmacist licensure requirements. • Experience managing operational metrics, workforce planning, budgets, staffing models, and process improvement initiatives. • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • At least 1 year of people leadership experience, with pharmacy management experience strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of pharmacy management experience. • Prior experience serving as a Pharmacist-in-Charge within a specialty, mail-order, closed-door, central-fill, patient assistance, Direct-to-Patient, or Free Goods pharmacy environment. • Experience managing high-volume pharmacy operations. • Strong knowledge of multi-state pharmacy compliance and pharmacist licensure management. • Experience with pharmacy automation technologies, fulfillment operations, program implementations, pharmacy start-ups, or operational transformation initiatives. • Demonstrated success leading organizational change, improving operational performance, and driving service-level excellence. • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop pharmacy professionals and emerging leaders. • Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs teams to manage regulatory risk and maintain compliance. • Robust multi-state pharmacist licensure portfolio strongly preferred. • Experience leading regulatory inspections, Board of Pharmacy interactions, licensing activities, and audit-readiness programs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
