  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on secure system and software development, ensuring security requirements are embedded early in design.
  • Evaluate emerging security technologies, tools, and industry trends to inform strategic planning and future capability development.
  • Work with vendors to assess, design, and implement advanced security products and managed services.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor junior and mid‑level engineering team members, and contribute to building a high‑performing security engineering practice.
  • Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning by offering architectural input and validating system readiness.

  • Proficiency in platform lifecycle hygiene including installing system and component upgrades and durable rollback strategies.
  • Proficiency in pipeline hardening using DevSecOps practices and writing code in a currently supported programming language for automation, checks, and integrations.
  • Ability to handle complex production realities by troubleshooting cyber defense infrastructure anomalies and troubleshooting system performance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
