What You'll Do:

Lead the Data & Insights Platform Product Strategy

  • Partner with customers, pharmacy SMEs, UX, Commercial teams, and Product Owners to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into measurable outcomes.
  • Define product requirements, MVP scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, KPIs, and success measures.
  • Own roadmap and backlog prioritization informed by customer feedback, market analysis, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Partner with Commercial and Finance teams on packaging, entitlements, adoption, monetization, cost-to-serve, and value realization.
  • Lead design-partner engagements, pilots, product launches, and go-to-market readiness.

Define the AI Product Vision and Roadmap

  • Develop the AI strategy and roadmap for the Data & Insights Platform and broader Pharmacy Operating System.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
