Your Role & Impact

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered rehabilitation services to individuals with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, and developmental conditions.

You will use your clinical expertise to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions designed to reduce pain, restore mobility, improve function, and promote long-term health and wellness.

What You'll Do

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's needs and functional goals.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, Physical Therapist Assistants, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in professional development, continuing education, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Support clinical education and mentorship opportunities.
  • Promote a safe, organized, and patient-focused treatment environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Active South Carolina Physical Therapy License.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR/AED) certification.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation and wellness goals.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • 72–80 hours biweekly
  • Monday–Friday
  • Flexible scheduling available
