Missão do Cargo

Prestar consultoria técnica especializada aos clientes da MCM, oferecendo suporte e soluções técnicas em relação aos produtos e serviços da empresa. Garantir que as necessidades dos clientes sejam atendidas com qualidade, eficiência e dentro dos padrões técnicos exigidos pela marca, colaborando com as equipes internas para a solução de problemas e aprimoramento dos processos.

Formação

· Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Tecnologia, Mecânica, ou áreas correlatas.

· Cursos técnicos complementares serão considerados um diferencial.

Conhecimento e Habilidades

· Profundos conhecimentos técnicos em mecânica, eletrônica ou sistemas relacionados aos veículos pesados.

· Conhecimento em diagnóstico de falhas e elaboração de soluções técnicas para veículos da marca.

· Familiaridade com ferramentas e equipamentos usados na manutenção e diagnóstico de veículos pesados.

· Noções de gestão de projetos técnicos e controle de qualidade.

Competências Comportamentais

· Habilidade para comunicar conceitos técnicos de forma clara e acessível, tanto para equipes internas quanto para clientes.

· Habilidade para identificar problemas técnicos rapidamente e propor soluções eficazes.

· Capacidade de tomar a iniciativa na resolução de problemas e na melhoria contínua dos processos.

Tempo de Experiência

· Experiência prévia em cargos técnicos, preferencialmente no setor automotivo ou em manutenção de veículos pesados.

Experiência em atendimento ao cliente e resolução de problemas técnicos será um diferencial.Missão do Cargo

· Atender os clientes oferecendo consultoria técnica relacionada aos produtos e serviços da MCM.

· Realizar diagnósticos técnicos detalhados sobre falhas ou necessidades de manutenção em veículos e sistemas, propondo soluções adequadas e viáveis.

· Explicar aos clientes os benefícios e características técnicas dos produtos e serviços oferecidos, garantindo que compreendam as soluções propostas.

· Fornecer suporte técnico às equipes de vendas, oficina e pós-venda, esclarecendo dúvidas técnicas e oferecendo soluções para problemas complexos.

· Auxiliar no treinamento da equipe interna sobre novos produtos, atualizações técnicas e melhores práticas.
