Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, a distinguished Level II trauma center is seeking a committed pediatric hospitalist for a full-time position that blends clinical excellence with the opportunity to engage in a vibrant, welcoming community. The Value of Working with Us

  • Full time position, 7 shifts a month
  • 24-hour shifts, 8am-8am, in-house coverage
  • Responsibilities include attendance and high-risk deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, well baby rounding, NICU coverage at night, ED consults. Pediatric admissions on a case-by-case basis.

  • Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month for qualifying candidates
  • Compensation is between $225,331 to $245,331 per year.

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, the regions only Level II Trauma Center, has served the community for 70+ years and is accompanied by hospitals in Healdsburg and Petaluma that provide compassionate care to all.
