1、学历专业要求：统招本科及以上学历，汽车或自动化、电气相关专业优先； 2、资历要求：5年以上电子电气领域相关工作经验； 3、能力要求：熟悉电子电气正向开发流程；熟悉SOA方法论以及服务设计流程，能够独自完成所负责Feature服务设计工作；熟悉整车一个细分领域（如智驾、车身控制、信息娱乐、动力、新能源等）功能、能够根据需求进行功能架构设计； 4、其他要求：具备一定的项目管理知识、较强的业务理解、逻辑分析、较好的沟通表达协调能力。
