The posting

MCS Selection ricerca, per un'importante e storica azienda italiana del settore beverage e spirits, un/una Trade Marketing Manager.

Il ruolo

La persona costruirà e guiderà i piani di trade marketing per canale e cliente, trasformando la strategia dei brand in esecuzione concreta nei punti vendita e nei locali, con particolare attenzione al rafforzamento del canale off-trade. Riporterà alla Direzione Marketing e lavorerà a stretto contatto con l'area commerciale.

Responsabilità principali

  • Definire il piano annuale di trade marketing per canale (off-trade e on-trade), insieme alle vendite e in coerenza con i brand plan.
  • Sviluppare analisi di categoria e proposte di assortimento, spazio e visibilità per GDO e cash & carry.
  • Costruire il calendario e le meccaniche promozionali off-trade, misurandone l'efficacia con analisi post-evento.
  • Analizzare i dati Circana per brand, canale e cliente e proporre azioni correttive sul sell-out.
  • Gestire il budget trade e controllarne il ritorno.
  • Supportare le vendite su price ladder e posizionamento di prezzo.
  • Definire standard e materiali per il punto vendita e per l'on-trade.
  • Preparare toolkit trade per importatori, mercati esteri e travel retail.
  • Guidare e sviluppare il team trade (promo, canvass, fiere ed eventi) con obiettivi misurabili e coordinare la rete di brand ambassador e brand activator.

Requirements

  • Laurea in discipline economiche o equivalente.
  • 5-7 anni di esperienza in trade marketing o category management, preferibilmente nel beverage, negli spirits o nell'FMCG.
  • Esperienza consolidata sia in GDO e cash & carry sia nell'Ho.Re.Ca.
  • Una prima esperienza di gestione di un team.
  • Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese.
  • Ottima padronanza di Excel (livello avanzato), PowerPoint, Word e Access.
  • Dimestichezza con i dati Circana/Nielsen e con la costruzione di business case.
