Dann könnte die Position als Business Development Executive – oder wie wir bei MD7 sagen: Site Acquisition Consultant (SAC) – genau das Richtige für dich sein!

Der SAC ist dafür verantwortlich, im Auftrag unserer Kunden optimale Mietstandorte für Mobilfunkantennenstandorte in Deutschland zu finden und zu sichern. Mit deinem Verhandlungsgeschick baust du Partnerschaften mit Vermieter*innen auf, führst Standortbesichtigungen durch und stellst sicher, dass die Mietverträge erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden.

TÄGLICHE AUFGABEN

  • Research: Suche nach geeigneten Antennenstandorten und Identifizierung potenzieller Vermieter
  • Neuakquise: Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen Vermietern sowie die Betreuung des Prozesses von Beginn bis zur Unterzeichnung des Vertrages.
  • Verhandlungen: Erfolgreiche Verhandlung und Unterzeichnung von Mietverträgen
  • Datenpflege: Pflege aktueller Informationen in unserer maßgeschneiderten Software LiveTrack
  • Dienstreisen: Besuche der potenziellen oder bereits akquirierten Standorte wenn erforderlich

DEIN PROFIL

  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1)
  • Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
  • Fähigkeit, lösungsorientiert zu kommunizieren
  • Außergewöhnliche Aufmerksamkeit für Details sowie effizientes Zeitmanagement
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten
  • Starke Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sind von Vorteil
