The posting

MDC RECRUTEMENT, Cabinet de Recrutement référence dans la filière Datacenter, recherche pour son client, société d'ingénierie spécialisée en construction et exploitation d’infrastructures critiques, un CHEF DE PROJET BÂTIMENT DATACENTER H/F, dans le cadre de son développement.

Vos Missions

  • Rattaché à la direction technique, vous intervenez sur des projets complexes et multi-techniques d’envergure, souvent valorisés à plusieurs dizaines de millions d’euros.
  • Vous assurez le suivi des études et le pilotage des travaux majeurs en garantissant le respect de la qualité, du planning et des coûts.
  • Vous révisez et challengez la documentation technique tous corps d'état, notamment en électricité (CFO/CFA), CVC, sûreté et GTB.
  • Vous animez les réunions de conception et de coordination technique, tout en pilotant les équipes internes et les prestataires externes (entreprises, bureaux d’études, exploitants).
  • Vous analysez et formalisez les besoins des clients, les assistez dans leurs choix techniques et assurez un reporting régulier et de haute qualité.
  • Vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets, du design technique jusqu'au commissioning et à l'assistance à l'exploitation, que ce soit en missions d'AMO ou de MOE.

Votre Profil

  • Diplôme d'Ingénieur généraliste avec une spécialisation en génie électrique, climatique, bâtiment ou thermique.
  • 5 ans d'expérience minimum sur des projets datacenter.
  • Solide approche méthodologique et vision transverse permettant d'apporter des analyses clés sur des missions variées d'audit et de conseil.
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais dans un contexte professionnel indispensable pour évoluer sur des projets internationaux.
  • Rigueur, curiosité technique, esprit d’analyse et excellentes capacités relationnelles et rédactionnelles.
