MDC RECRUTEMENT, cabinet de référence dans la filière Datacenter, recherche pour son client, acteur français reconnu dans le secteur des Télécoms et des Datacenters, un CONDUCTEUR DE TRAVAUX DATACENTER H/F, dans le cadre du développement de ses activités.

Vos Missions

Rattaché au/à la Chargé(e) d’affaires Datacenter, vous assurez la gestion opérationnelle de vos chantiers et le management des équipes terrain, dans le respect des objectifs de qualité, de délais et de rentabilité.

• Vous pilotez la réalisation des chantiers Datacenters de votre périmètre et garantissez la satisfaction client.

• Vous préparez les chantiers : organisation logistique, coordination des équipes et sous-traitants, évaluation des risques et gestion des autorisations nécessaires.

• Vous planifiez les travaux, fixez les objectifs aux Chef(fe)s de chantier et veillez au respect des délais.

• Vous contrôlez la réalisation technique des travaux et participez aux réceptions de chantier.

• Vous réalisez ou contrôlez les devis, suivez les travaux en cours et contribuez à la facturation des prestations.

• Vous managez vos équipes : répartition de la charge de travail, fixation des objectifs, sensibilisation aux enjeux qualité et sécurité.

• Vous veillez au strict respect des règles QHSE (qualité, hygiène, sécurité, environnement).

• Vous assurez un reporting régulier auprès du/de la Chargé(e) d’affaires et contribuez à l’amélioration continue de la performance de vos chantiers Datacenters.

Véritable relais opérationnel, vous êtes garant de la rentabilité, de la qualité d’exécution et de la sécurité sur votre périmètre.

Votre Profil

• Formation technique (Bac+2 à Bac+5) orientée Electricité, CFO – CFA, CVC, HVAC.

• Expérience 5 ans minimum réussie en conduite de travaux Electricité, CFO – CFA, CVC, HVAC dans l’environnement Datacenter et/ou milieu complexe, sensible, à fortes contraintes.

• Maîtrise des règles d’ingénierie, de l’architecture et des équipements liées aux infrastructures énergétiques associées.

• Compétences en planification de travaux et suivi budgétaire.

• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques.

• Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, leadership terrain et excellent relationnel.

• Contrat : CDI – Temps plein

• Poste basé à Palaiseau (91)

• Nombreux déplacements à prévoir sur toute la moitié nord de la France

• Rémunération : 40 – 45 K€ fixe + 7 K€ variable + intéressement & participation (+/- 2 mois de salaire)
