The posting

MDC RECRUTEMENT, Cabinet de Recrutement référence dans la filière Datacenter, recherchons pour notre client, acteur majeur du Datacenter, un DIRECTEUR DE PROJETS DATACENTER H/F, dans le cadre de son développement.

Vos missions

  • Pilotage de projets : vous dirigez, organisez et planifiez des projets d'envergure en Datacenter, en France comme à l'international.
  • Performance et satisfaction client : vous pilotez la rentabilité, la qualité et la satisfaction client sur l'ensemble de vos projets.
  • Management d'équipe : vous encadrez et accompagnez les équipes projet, chefs de projets et ingénieurs.
  • Avant-vente : vous participez à la construction des propositions techniques et financières en amont des projets.
  • Cadrage de projet : vous étudiez et mettez en forme l'ensemble des phases des projets, de la conception à la livraison.
  • Relation commerciale : vous menez les rendez-vous clients et prospects conjointement avec la Direction Commerciale, en analysant leurs besoins pour promouvoir les offres du groupe.
  • Comitologie et reporting : vous participez aux comités de pilotage et assurez un reporting régulier, technique, opérationnel et financier, auprès de la Direction, tout en garantissant la gestion financière et contractuelle de vos projets.

Le profil recherché

Prérequis :

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur généraliste avec spécialisation CVC ou électricité indispensable.
  • 5 ans d'expérience minimum indispensables, en gestion de projets techniques complexes, sensibles, critiques ou industriels.
  • Pratique de la comitologie indispensable : participation démontrée à des comités de pilotage et à des reportings réguliers auprès d'une direction.

Compétences attendues :

  • Anglais intermédiaire requis, pour des échanges réguliers avec les clients.
  • Sens du commerce et de la relation client, dans la conduite des rendez-vous clients et prospects.
  • Maîtrise de la construction de propositions techniques et financières en avant-vente.
  • Bonne connaissance des projets industriels, BTP ou infrastructures critiques.

Atouts appréciés :

  • Une expérience en management d'équipe est souhaitée.
  • Une expérience en Datacenter est un plus.
  • Un très bon niveau d'anglais est apprécié, notamment pour la dimension commerciale et la relation client.
