MDC RECRUTEMENT, cabinet de référence dans la filière Datacenter, recherche pour son client, acteur français reconnu et en forte croissance dans le secteur de l’hébergement d’infrastructures IT de haute performance, un DIRECTEUR DE PROJETS TRAVAUX H/F, dans le cadre d’une création de poste liée au développement de ses sites franciliens.

Vos Missions

Rattaché au Directeur des Opérations, vous pilotez les projets travaux de datacenters dernière génération, certifiés selon les standards les plus exigeants du marché avec 2 projets majeurs à court terme :

  • Rénovation du système de refroidissement dans un site ancien en cours d'exploitation
  • Construction d'un datacenter de 10 MW équipé à 5MW au démarrage.

· Vous préparez, gérez et coordonnez les projets.

· Vous participez à la sélection des BE et contribuer aux phases de conception (APS / APD).

· Vous analysez et validez les documents techniques pour garantir leur conformité aux exigences projet.

· Vous rédigez et/ou validez les cahiers des charges en cohérence avec les normes applicables (ISO 50001, ISO 27001, etc.).

· Vous lancez les appels d’offres, analysez les propositions et sélectionnez les prestataires.

· Vous pilotez la planification et la bonne exécution des travaux, de la conception à la livraison.

· Vous assurez la coordination entre maîtrise d’œuvre, AMO, et équipes internes (exploitation, maintenance, commerce, service client).

· Vous garantissez qualité, conformité administrative et réglementaire des projets (permis, ICPE, sécurité, HSE), sécurité et procédures internes (modèles de CCTP, cahiers de recettes, PV de réception) dans le respect des délais et des budgets.

· Vous animez les réunions de chantier.

· Vous réalisez un reporting régulier auprès de votre hiérarchie et suivez les indicateurs de performance.

· Vous supervisez les essais de commissioning, la réception et la levée des réserves.

Votre Profil

· Formation Ingénieur (BTP, Énergie, Génie électrique, Génie civil).

· Expérience minimum de 5 ans en gestion de projets travaux TCE, dans un environnement technique et prioritairement datacenter.

· Bonne maîtrise de la gestion de budgets et des aspects administratifs et réglementaires des travaux.

· Solides connaissances en HSE et en suivi de chantiers à haute exigence technique.

· Maîtrise des outils MS Project, AutoCAD et Pack Office.

· Rigueur, autonomie, sens du détail et excellent relationnel.
