Vos missions

Rattaché à la Direction des Opérations, vous intervenez sur :

  • Pilotage global du site : vous assurez la conduite du datacenter et de ses infrastructures critiques, et vous garantissez la disponibilité, la fiabilité, la performance et la sécurité des installations.
  • Respect des procédures d'exploitation : vous veillez à l'application des procédures et des règles de sécurité sur l'ensemble des interventions réalisées sur le site.
  • Management : vous encadrez les équipes d'exploitation et de maintenance, et vous pilotez les prestataires intervenant sur le site.
  • Maintenance et contrats : vous planifiez et pilotez les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective, et vous suivez l'exécution des contrats associés.
  • Relation clients hébergés : vous assurez le suivi de la relation avec les clients du site et contribuez à leur satisfaction.
  • Audits et certifications : vous préparez les audits et vous assurez le maintien des certifications du site.
  • Projets d'évolution : vous accompagnez les projets d'extension, de modernisation et d'amélioration continue des infrastructures.
  • Indicateurs de performance : vous suivez et analysez les indicateurs de disponibilité, de performance et de qualité, et vous en assurez le reporting.

Le profil recherché

Prérequis :

  • 3 ans minimum d'expérience impératif en environnement datacenter, ou sur un poste similaire de direction ou de pilotage de site technique critique.
  • Diplôme exigé dans les domaines de l'énergie, de l'électricité et/ou du génie climatique (CVC).
  • Anglais courant indispensable (niveau B2 minimum).

Compétences attendues :

  • Maîtrise de l'exploitation d'infrastructures critiques et complexes, en environnement à forte disponibilité.
  • Maîtrise du management d'équipes techniques et du pilotage de prestataires multi-techniques.
  • Bonne connaissance des installations électriques (haute et basse tension, groupes électrogènes, onduleurs) et des systèmes de refroidissement et de climatisation.
  • Maîtrise du pilotage de la maintenance préventive et corrective et du suivi des contrats de prestation.
  • Bonne connaissance des indicateurs d'exploitation (disponibilité, performance, qualité) et de leur reporting.

Atouts appréciés :

  • Idéalement, une expérience en site d'hébergement multi-clients (colocation).
  • Une certification de type Uptime Institute (ATD, ATS) ou une pratique des référentiels ISO 27001 et ISO 50001 est un plus.
  • Une expérience de projets d'extension ou de mise en service de salles informatiques est appréciée.
  • La pratique des démarches d'efficacité énergétique appliquées au datacenter (PUE, free cooling) est souhaitée.
