Vos missions

Rattaché à la Direction, vous jouez un rôle stratégique dans le pilotage de projets d'envergure et la structuration de l'activité, en France et à l'international :

  • Pilotage de projets : vous dirigez, organisez et planifiez des projets complexes de conception, de construction et de retrofit de datacenters, de la phase amont (design) jusqu'à la livraison (commissioning) et l'assistance à l'exploitation.
  • Management des équipes projet : vous encadrez les ingénieurs et chefs de projets, vous les faites monter en compétences et vous suivez leur activité au quotidien.
  • Expertise technique : vous validez les études techniques et vous assurez la cohérence des choix de conception tous corps d'état (électricité CFO/CFA, CVC/HVAC, GTB, sûreté).
  • Gestion contractuelle et financière : vous garantissez la rentabilité des projets, vous pilotez les budgets et vous produisez le reporting technique, opérationnel et financier auprès de la Direction.
  • Développement commercial : vous analysez les besoins clients et vous élaborez les offres techniques et financières en avant-vente.
  • Relation client et coordination : vous animez les échanges avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes (bureaux d'études, entreprises, exploitants).
  • Conformité et qualité : vous veillez au respect des normes du marché (ISO 50001, ISO 27001) ainsi qu'aux règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et d'environnement (HSE, ICPE).
  • Structuration de l'activité : vous participez au développement du bureau ou de la Business Unit (recrutement, organisation, processus).

Le profil recherché

Prérequis :

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur exigé (Bac +5), idéalement génie mécanique /énergétique/CVC ou génie électrique.
  • Expérience significative en projets datacenter ou projets techniques complexes, impérativement sur des activités de conception, construction, MOE, AMO ou ingénierie.
  • Anglais niveau B2 minimum indispensable, le poste s'exerçant dans un contexte international et multiculturel.

Compétences attendues :

  • Maîtrise des problématiques de design spécifiques au datacenter.
  • Maîtrise des outils de pilotage de projet MS Project et AutoCAD.
  • Bonne connaissance des lots techniques tous corps d'état : électricité CFO/CFA, CVC/HVAC, GTB et sûreté.
  • Expérience requise en pilotage budgétaire et en gestion contractuelle de projets, avec responsabilité de la rentabilité.
  • Expérience requise en encadrement d'équipes projet (ingénieurs, chefs de projets).

Atouts appréciés :

  • Idéalement, une première expérience significative sur un poste de Directeur de Projets.
  • Une pratique du commissioning et de l'assistance à l'exploitation est souhaitée.
  • La connaissance des référentiels ISO 50001 et ISO 27001 est appréciée.
  • Avoir participé à la structuration d'un bureau ou d'une Business Unit est un plus.
