MDC RECRUTEMENT, Cabinet de Recrutement référence dans la filière Datacenter, recherche pour son client, Cabinet de Conseil international reconnu dans l’ingénierie de datacenters, un DIRECTEUR TECHNIQUE ÉLECTRICITÉ H/F, dans le cadre de son développement.

Vos Missions

Rattaché à la Direction, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le développement de l’activité en France, en pilotant les projets techniques et en structurant une équipe locale.

· Vous supervisez la conception et la réalisation de projets datacenters, de la phase amont jusqu’à l’exécution.

· Vous garantissez la performance globale des projets (qualité, délais, coûts) en lien avec les équipes internes et partenaires internationaux.

· Vous pilotez les aspects financiers et contractuels des projets afin d’assurer leur rentabilité.

· Vous encadrez, développez et faites monter en compétences les équipes d’ingénierie.

· Vous validez les études techniques et assurez la cohérence des choix de conception.

· Vous coordonnez les échanges avec les clients, les partenaires et les sous-traitants.

· Vous contribuez activement au développement commercial : réponses aux appels d’offres, montage d’offres techniques et financières, fidélisation clients.

· Vous participez à la structuration du bureau (recrutement, organisation, process internes).

· Vous représentez l’entreprise lors de réunions techniques, événements professionnels et auprès des clients.

Véritable référent technique et manager, vous intervenez à la fois sur les enjeux opérationnels, stratégiques et business.

Votre Profil

· Diplôme d’ingénieur (électricité, CVC ou équivalent).

· Expérience significative en conception et réalisation de datacenters.

· Solide expertise en ingénierie électrique appliquée aux infrastructures critiques.

· Bonne compréhension des enjeux techniques, réglementaires et contractuels des projets.

· Expérience en management d’équipes techniques et pilotage de projets complexes.

· Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement international et multiculturel.

· Maîtrise des outils techniques et bureautiques.

· Anglais courant indispensable.

· Leadership affirmé, sens des responsabilités et orientation résultats.

· Excellentes capacités relationnelles et de communication.

· Esprit entrepreneurial et goût pour les environnements en structuration.
