Vos missions

Rattaché à la Direction d'Exploitation, vous intervenez sur :

  • Pilotage du site : vous assurez la conduite globale du datacenter et de ses infrastructures critiques, et vous garantissez la disponibilité, la fiabilité, la performance et la sécurité des installations.
  • Management des équipes : vous encadrez les équipes d'exploitation et de maintenance, et vous pilotez les prestataires intervenant sur le site.
  • Maintenance et contrats : vous planifiez et suivez les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective, et vous assurez le suivi des contrats associés.
  • Procédures d'exploitation : vous veillez au respect des procédures en vigueur et vous les faites évoluer selon les retours d'exploitation.
  • Relation clients hébergés : vous êtes l'interlocuteur des clients présents sur le site et vous contribuez à leur satisfaction.
  • Audits et certifications : vous préparez les audits et vous contribuez au maintien des certifications du site.
  • Projets d'infrastructure : vous accompagnez les projets d'évolution, d'extension et d'amélioration continue des installations.
  • Reporting et indicateurs : vous produisez les reportings internes et externes et vous suivez les indicateurs de performance, de disponibilité et de qualité.

Le profil recherché

Prérequis :

  • 2 ans minimum d'expérience impératif en environnement datacenter ou sur un poste équivalent de responsable de site technique.
  • Anglais professionnel de niveau B2 minimum indispensable, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
  • Diplôme exigé dans les domaines de l'énergie, de l'électricité ou du génie climatique (CVC).

Compétences attendues :

  • Maîtrise de l'exploitation d'infrastructures critiques et complexes à forte disponibilité.
  • Expérience significative requise en management d'équipes techniques.
  • Maîtrise du pilotage de la maintenance préventive et corrective et du suivi des contrats de prestation.
  • Bonne connaissance des installations électriques (distribution, onduleurs, groupes électrogènes) et des systèmes de refroidissement.
  • Maîtrise du suivi d'indicateurs d'exploitation et de la production de reportings techniques.

Atouts appréciés :

  • Idéalement, une expérience acquise sur un site d'hébergement ou de colocation multi-clients.
  • Une connaissance des référentiels de certification appliqués aux datacenters est un plus.
  • La pratique d'un régime d'astreinte sur infrastructure critique est appréciée.
  • Souhaitée : une expérience de conduite de projets d'extension ou de mise à niveau d'infrastructures.
