Cómo contribuirás

Deberás cumplir con nuestros objetivos de seguridad, calidad, costo, entrega, sostenibilidad y moral. Ejecutarás todos los procesos de trabajo estándares en tu equipo usando los estándares AM (mantenimiento autónomo) y PM (mantenimiento progresivo), te asegurarás de cumplir los procesos de seguridad y que se realicen las actividades de garantía de calidad. Harás un seguimiento de las pérdidas en tu línea e informarás de ellas.

EDUCACIÓN/ REQUISITOS ESPECÍFICOS DEL PUESTO:

  • Educación secundaria completa.
  • Experiencia deseable en plantas producción mínimo dos años.

RESPONSABILIDADES ASOCIADOS AL PUESTO:

  • Alimentación de producto
  • Limpieza de la línea
  • Puede limpiar equipos con supervisión de un maquinista o especialista
  • Recuperación de producto / Paletizado & encajado
  • Actividades manuales relacionas a la operación
  • Participar de la rutina DMS
  • Conoce su matriz de habilidades
  • Ejecutar Procesos de Trabajo de AM: Identificar y eliminar anomalías, ejecutar CIL (Limpieza, inspección, lubricación), 5´S, LUP, KAIZEN y participa de RCA.
  • Realliza actividades rutinarias de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo: SOC, Loto, Mapas de riesgo, identifica aspectos e impactos ambientales, identifica y reporta condiciones inseguras, casi casi y accidentes.
  • Realiza actividades rutinarias de aseguramiento de la calidad: Guias de BPM y reporta alertas de calidad
  • Participar de la jornada de Sistemas Integrados: IL6S, pasos 1 a 7 del mantenimiento autónomo
  • Brindar asistencia en las áreas de embalaje, transporte de materiales para organizar el producto y poder entregarlo en buenas condiciones.
  • Verificar la cantidad correspondiente de materiales de trabajo, para solicitar el suministro y continuar con las actividades de embalaje.
  • Conoce y administra su matriz de habilidades nivel 3
