O que você vai construir com a gente:

  • Garantir assinatura dos contratos, sinalizando aos clientes;
  • Lançamento e acompanhamento de pagamentos no SAP;
  • Abertura e acompanhamento de chamados;
  • Lançamento e acompanhamento do faturamento das vendas;
  • Apoiar no controle de contratos, propostas comerciais e prazos de entrega;
  • Colaborar em campanhas de vendas e ações comerciais, auxiliando na parte administrativa;
  • Elaborar relatórios, planilhas e controles de apoio à área comercial;
  • Atender clientes (presencial, telefone ou e-mail), repassando informações e encaminhando demandas ao responsável.

O que é importante para esta posição:

  • Cursando superior em Administração ou áreas afins;
  • Excel Intermediário;
  • Desejável conhecimento no CRM Dynamics 365
