Position Overview Looking to get your foot in the door of the hospitality industry while working in one of the most scenic locations in the Pacific Northwest? As a Busser at Mt. Hood Meadows, you’ll be an important part of creating a clean, welcoming, and efficient dining experience for our guests. Working alongside our servers and culinary team, you’ll help keep our restaurants running smoothly while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Busser, you’ll help set and reset tables, clear dishes, keep beverage glasses full, maintain clean and organized dining areas, and assist with daily restaurant setup and breakdown. You’ll work closely with your teammates to respond to guest needs, keep the restaurant guest-ready, and jump in wherever you’re needed throughout the day. With the opportunity to work in different restaurants and support a variety of service environments, no two shifts are quite the same. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first job or wanting to build experience in the hospitality industry. We’re looking for friendly, dependable team members who are ready to stay active and contribute to a positive guest experience. If you enjoy working with people, being part of a team, and want to spend your winter season surrounded by the energy of the mountain, this could be a great place to start. This is a part- or full-time, seasonal position Qualifications & Experience
At least 14 years of age or older Valid Oregon Food Handler’s Card Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business Commit to work weekends and holidays during winter operations
Compensation:
Starting Wage: $ 17.25 hourly
