We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing Learning Support Assistant to join our warm and welcoming team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and who understands the difference that encouragement, patience and positive relationships can make to a child’s educational journey.

Working closely with teachers and other members of staff, you will support children across the classroom, in small groups and on a one-to-one basis, helping them to engage in learning, build confidence and achieve their individual goals. You will play an important role in supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development, ensuring they feel safe, happy and ready to learn.

The successful candidate will be flexible, proactive and committed to meeting the varying needs of children. You will be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families and work effectively as part of a team to help create an environment where every child can thrive.
