Bon'Ap is een maaltijdwinkelketen die ondertussen al meer dan 45 winkels telt over gans Vlaanderen. Bij Bon'Ap vind je altijd iets lekkers, van vers vlees en charcuterie tot verse lunchgerechten en dagschotels. En dat smaakt iedereen! Aan de slag als gerant

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van je filiaal en coaching van je team.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de district manager die je met raad en daad bijstaat in het retail management.
  • Je helpt en adviseert onze klanten bij hun zoektocht naar een lekker stukje vlees of een maaltijd.
  • Als een echte teamplayer ondersteun je jouw collega's waar nodig: dagschotels en broodjes bereiden en verpakken of bijspringen aan de kassa. Je doet het met een glimlach.
  • De winkel er tiptop laten uitzien is één van jouw specialiteiten en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je volgt de commerciële doelstellingen op en staat onder meer in voor het opmaken van de winkel- en personeelsplanning.

Hierin herken je jezelf

  • Ervaring - Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende functie. Of je bent reeds aan de slag in een Bon'Ap-filiaal en je wilt graag doorgroeien.
  • Klantgericht - De klant komt voor jou op de eerste plaats. Je hecht belang aan een mooie presentatie van onze producten.
  • Hands-on - Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken en verantwoordelijkheden. Je neemt initiatief waar nodig om de winkel vlot te laten draaien.
  • Samenwerken - Je bent een goedlachse en enthousiaste teamplayer. Anderen helpen ligt in jouw natuur.
  • Nauwkeurig - Je weet vooropgestelde procedures vlekkeloos toe te passen.
  • Flexibel - Je kan werken in een flexibel uurrooster en werkt regelmatig op zaterdag/in het weekend. Tijdens de week heb je vanzelfsprekend een vrije dag.
