Responsável por prestar suporte operacional e administrativo às equipes de vendas e aftermarket, garantindo agilidade, organização e qualidade no atendimento ao cliente. Atua como elo entre clientes, vendedores e demais áreas da empresa, assegurando o andamento eficiente dos processos comerciais, licitações e rotinas administrativas

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio completo (preferencialmente Técnico em Secretariado ou Administração);
  • Desejavel experiência de 1 ano na área administrativa ou comercial;
  • Domínio avançado do Pacote Office e ferramentas digitais;
  • Proficiência avançada em navegação na internet e gestão de arquivos eletrônicos;
  • Conhecimento básico em inglês e espanhol;
  • Experiência com sistemas internos e ferramentas de CRM;
  • Desejável vivência em processos de licitação e compliance;

  • Dar apoio ao departamento de vendas e aftermarket, realizando o primeiro atendimento ao cliente e direcionando o contato à área responsável;
  • Administrar os e-mails comerciais e contas de WhatsApp corporativas, classificando as demandas de clientes, fornecedores e representantes, e garantindo o encaminhamento correto de cada solicitação;
  • Realizar o cadastro da empresa em portais de compras e licitações, anexando documentações e garantindo a conformidade para participação em oportunidades comerciais;
  • Incluir e atualizar atendimentos e solicitações no sistema interno, assegurando o acompanhamento pelas equipes de vendas;
  • Apoiar o setor comercial na organização de viagens corporativas, realizando cotações de passagens, hospedagens e locações de veículos com fornecedores homologados;
  • Efetuar lançamentos de pedidos de compra no sistema financeiro, detalhando informações e acompanhando o fluxo de aprovação;
  • Controlar e lançar notas fiscais e reembolsos das equipes de vendas, garantindo a conformidade com as políticas internas;
  • Prestar suporte na gestão e acompanhamento de contratos, controlando prazos e assinaturas;
  • Apoiar os processos de licitações comerciais, reunindo documentações e informações requeridas pelos portais;
  • Contribuir com a organização administrativa do setor, garantindo o fluxo adequado de informações e processos internos.
