Descrição

Responsável por executar as rotinas operacionais de importação e exportação, garantindo o cumprimento das normas aduaneiras, prazos e custos estabelecidos. Atua em suporte ao Analista e ao Coordenador de Comércio Exterior, mantendo interface com fornecedores internacionais, despachantes, transportadoras e áreas internas (logística, financeiro, engenharia e compras).

Responsabilidades

  • Importação Acompanhar pedidos de compra internacionais até a entrega. Solicitar e conferir documentos (invoice, packing list, conhecimento de embarque, certificados, etc.). Controlar prazos de embarque, trânsito e desembaraço aduaneiro. Atualizar planilhas e sistemas com status dos embarques. Solicitar e acompanhar cotações de frete internacional. Exportação Emitir documentos e registrar operações no Siscomex. Preparar faturas, certificados e demais documentos exigidos. Controlar prazos e apoiar a logística de expedição internacional. Administrativo e Compliance Controlar pagamentos e adiantamentos de frete. Alimentar relatórios de KPIs (custos, prazos e performance). Manter arquivo físico e digital dos processos. Interface Interna e Suporte Apoiar a comunicação entre áreas internas (compras, vendas, PCP, engenharia, logística e fiscal). Acompanhar chegada e liberação de cargas. Dar suporte em auditorias internas e externas.

Requisitos

  • Requisitos: Formação em Ensino Superior em Comércio Exterior, Relações internacionais ou áreas correlatas. Inglês Básico Espanhol Básico Conhecimento básico do Siscomex, Incoterms e documentação aduaneira. Conhecimento básico em pacote office. Diferenciais: • Espanhol Intermediário. • Conhecimento em Excel e BI intermediário.
