Le groupe Schivo Medical, renforce son centre d’excellence Mecaplast SA, spécialisé dans le moulage de plastiques, métaux et céramiques de haute précision.

Nous recrutons un(e) :

Lieu de travail : - Botterens

Vos missions principales :

Industrialisation de dispositifs médicaux • Partenaire technique des clients pour l'industrialisation et la validation de dispositifs médicaux. • Support aux activités de qualification, validation et démarrage de production. • Interface entre les clients et les équipes internes. • Formation et accompagnement des opérateurs sur ligne

Développement de procédés • Développement, optimisation et validation de procédés de production. • Réalisation d'essais et définition des paramètres critiques. • Participation/rédaction des analyses de risques

Conception mécanique • Conception de pièces, outillages et équipements sur Solid Edge. • Réalisation de modèles 3D, plans techniques et gabarits de contrôle.

Métrologie et analyse statistique • Réalisation de contrôles dimensionnels et d'études métrologiques. • Analyses statistiques des procédés (Cp, Cpk). • Analyse/exploitation des résultats pour la validation et l'amélioration continue.

Support terrain • Forte implication lors des installations, qualifications, validations et démarrages de production. • Contribution à des tâches variées au sein d'une petite équipe projet. • Support technique sur lignes d'assemblage et résolution des problématiques de production, qualité et procédé.

Votre profil :

• Diplôme d’ingénieur HES, EPF ou formation jugée équivalente dans un domaine technique (mécanique, matériaux, microtechnique, plasturgie ou similaire) • Expérience confirmée en environnement industriel (minimum 5 ans). • Connaissance mécanique (machine d’assemblage) et automatisation • Développement des outils de production • Connaissance de l’automatisation du procédé d’injection plastique, notamment les opérations annexes est un atout important • Bonne maîtrise des méthodes de contrôle et intérêt pour la métrologie • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et l’analyse de données (Excel, ERP (SAP), etc.) • Personnalité proactive, orientée solutions, autonome et pragmatique • Forte présence terrain et capacité à collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires • Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d’anglais
