Vi söker en kollega till vår grossistverksamhet i Mölndal. Du börjar med BMW som ditt huvudsakliga ansvarsområde och får i takt med att du utvecklas möjlighet att arbeta med fler av Mechanums 15 bilmärken. Våra professionella verkstadskunder förväntar sig snabba, tydliga och korrekta svar när rätt reservdel ska fram.

Om tjänsten

Det här är en innesäljarroll där tempo och kvalitet går hand i hand. Du arbetar digitalt med kundkontakter, beställningar och problemlösning och gör det enkelt att handla av Mechanum.

• Hjälpa verkstadskunder att hitta och beställa rätt originalreservdelar, framför allt till BMW.

• Hantera förfrågningar, offerter, order och uppföljning via telefon, mejl och digitala beställningskanaler.

• Samarbeta med kollegor och andra funktioner för att lösa frågor snabbt och professionellt.

• Bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer med ett tydligt, positivt och lösningsorienterat bemötande.

Vi söker dig som….

• Är snabb och säker på tangentbordet, har mycket god datorvana och trivs med flera system samtidigt.

• Kommunicerar lätt och professionellt, både i telefon och skrift.

• Gillar högt tempo, tar ansvar och ser till att saker blir gjorda utan att tumma på noggrannheten.

• Är nyfiken, lär dig snabbt och vill förstå bilar, delar och kundernas vardag.

• Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift samt har B-körkort.

För oss väger inställning och kommunikationsförmåga tyngre än tidigare erfarenhet inom reservdelar. Kanske arbetar du med försäljning eller kundservice idag och vill specialisera dig.

Meriterande

• Erfarenhet av reservdelar, verkstad, B2B-försäljning eller kvalificerad kundservice.

• Kunskap om BMW, reservdelskataloger eller order-/affärssystem.

• Kunskaper i finska eller danska.

På Mechanum ska kunden få experthjälp. Du behöver inte kunna alla reservdelar från första dagen men du ska vilja bli riktigt bra. Vi ger dig en stark introduktion, utbildning och stöd från kunniga kollegor. Med BMW som bas finns möjlighet att växa vidare inom våra andra bilmärken. Vi satsar på din utveckling

Mechanum är en auktoriserad bilverkstad som sedan starten 2008 aktivt arbetat för att förändra kundernas syn på vår bransch genom att erbjuda bilservice och skadeverkstad till en kvalitets- och servicenivå som du aldrig tidigare upplevt. Vi är idag auktoriserade för 15 märken. Mechanum har starka ägare med långsiktiga ambitioner. Tjänsten avser heltid på vårt huvudkontor i Mölndal med start enligt överenkommelse. Provanställning 6 månader tillämpas.
