I rollen som servicerådgivare verkstad är du nyckeln till framgång både i relationen till våra kunder och prestationen i verkstaden.

Genom ett stort engagemang, en vilja att utvecklas och bra kommunikationsförmåga kommer du blomstra i denna roll.

Om tjänsten

För att lyckas i uppdraget krävs en stor portion engagemang samt förmåga att hålla många ärenden igång samtidigt. Som person är du värderingsstark och delar vår Mechanumkultur. Du klarar av att balansera en operativ vardag med omväxlande arbetsuppgifter. Du är med i hela kundcykeln och arbetar aktivt för att stötta dina kollegor där det behövs. En för alla, alla för en.

I tjänsten ingår du i ett verkstadsteam tillsammans med ytterligare servicerådgivare samt en verkstadschef. Som en del av teamet bidrar du till att bygga rutiner och processer framåt och får möjligheten att vara en stor del av teamets utveckling.

Vi ser möjligheter i förändring och drivs av att ständigt utveckla och effektivisera vår verksamhet.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid social kompetens, inställning och viljan att utvecklas. Du förstår att vi finns till för våra kunder och ser försäljningen som ett viktigt verktyg för att i varje kundkontakt skapa en långsiktig och entusiastisk kund.

Om Mechanum

Mechanum är en auktoriserad bilverkstad som sedan starten 2008 aktivt arbetat för att förändra kundernas syn på vår bransch genom att erbjuda bilservice och skadeverkstad till en kvalitets- och servicenivå som du aldrig tidigare upplevt. Vi är idag auktoriserade för 14 märken. Mechanum har starka ägare med långsiktiga ambitioner. För att lyckas behöver vi rekrytera noggranna, serviceinriktade och nytänkande människor till vår verksamhet.

Krav

  • Vilja att utvecklas
  • B-körkort
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
  • God datorvana

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet inom fordonsbranschen, framförallt auktoriserade verkstäder
  • Erfarenhet av arbete med Automaster
  • Erfarenhet av arbete med något av de märken vi är auktoriserade för

Tjänsten är på heltid med en placering i Partille och intervjuer kommer ske löpande.

Arbetstider är varierande mellan 06:30-18:30, måndag till fredag.

Tillträde sker enligt överenskommelse.
