Om tjänsten I rollen som Personlig Servicetekniker arbetar du med felsökningar, service, reparationer och underhållsarbeten, samt äger och värnar om kundkontakten. Du ingår i Volvo/Ford/Polestar-teamet och arbetar i nära samarbete med verkstadschefer, tekniker och servicerådgivare. Ditt arbete är fackmässigt utfört och du säkerställer att kundernas önskemål blir åtgärdade. Vi söker dig som… • Har tidigare erfarenhet från jobbet som servicetekniker • Är positiv och självgående med en stor portion personligt engagemang • Alltid strävar efter att prestera högt genom att lägga ner tid och energi på dina arbetsuppgifter • Är serviceinriktad, lyhörd för kundens behov och håller vad du lovar • Sätter kunden först och är tekniskt lagd • Ser till att hela kundprocessen sköts korrekt, från tidsbokning till uppföljning efter besöket • Är noggrann och engagerad, samt möter utmaningar med en positiv attityd. • Har ett naturligt sätt att driva processen framåt och kan prioritera arbetsgången • Har gått en 3-årig fordonsteknisk utbildning eller har motsvarande förkunskaper Du kommer arbeta i en stor, professionell verkstadsmiljö där vi omger oss av kvalitativa produkter och några av de största märkena inom bilbranschen. Vi arbetar i ett lag för att kunna hjälpa våra kunder på bästa möjliga sätt. Under arbetets gång arbetar du i nära kontakt med verkstadschef, tekniker och servicerådgivare. Rapporterar gör du till verkstadschefen. Krav: • Fordonsteknisk utbildning • Erfarenhet av mekaniskt arbete • B-körkort • Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera i tal och skrift på svenska. Meriterande: • Tacdis • Tidigare erfarenhet från arbete som biltekniker • Erfarenhet från arbete på auktoriserad verkstad Om Mechanum Mechanum är en auktoriserad bilverkstad som sedan starten 2008 aktivt arbetat för att förändra kundernas syn på vår bransch genom att erbjuda bilservice och skadeverkstad till en kvalitets- och servicenivå som du aldrig tidigare upplevt. Vi är idag auktoriserade för 15 märken. Mechanum har starka ägare med långsiktiga ambitioner. För att lyckas behöver vi rekrytera noggranna, serviceinriktade och nytänkande människor till vår verksamhet.
