För att lyckas rekrytera noggranna, serviceinriktade och nytänkande människor till vår verksamhet behöver vi ligga steget före.

Sedan ett par år tillbaka har vi utbildat flertalet skadereparatörer i egen regi. Genom att kombinera praktiskt lärande i verkstaden med nära handledning har vi skapat en miljö där talanger kan växa, utvecklas och stanna kvar i yrket.

Är du eller någon du känner arbetssökande (inskriven på Arbetsförmedlingen) och intresserad av en karriär inom fordonbranschen?

Ta chansen till arbetspraktik som Bilskadereparatör/Personbilsmekaniker på en av våra verkstäder, ingen tidigare erfarenhet behövs däremot krävs B-körkort.

Ökad bilförsäljning gör att verkstäder är i stort behov av fler yrkeskunniga människor och arbetspraktik kan vara en väg in till en framtid inom vår bransch.

Vår instruktör, som har lång erfarenhet av yrket och branschen, kommer ge dig de grundläggande kunskaper du behöver med målet att få en anställning hos oss.

Vi på Mechanum samarbetar med i stort sett alla stora gymnasieskolor i Göteborg och Malmö, men också med flera vuxenutbildningar. Elever får möjlighet att göra sin praktik hos oss, där vi står för en stor del av den praktiska utbildningen. Vissa har praktik i endast ett par veckor, medan andra gör merparten av sin utbildning hos oss. Varje termin tar vi emot närmare 40 elever för att säkerställa branschens fortsatta tillväxt.

Mechanum är utbildade av de bilmärken vi är auktoriserade för, vilket gör att vi representerar just den kvalitet de står för. Vår verkstad är med andra ord en förlängning av biltillverkarna själva och här finns specialister inom varje område – från drivlina till elektronik. Förtroendet har vi förtjänat genom biltillverkarnas utbildningar och genom att uppfylla deras högt ställda krav.
