Job Purpose The Vice President, Commercial Solutions is responsible for developing the operational and financial models that support new business opportunities across the company’s revenue cycle service offerings.  The Vice President, Commercial Solutions will own the process of translating prospective client data and proposed scopes of service into comprehensive staffing models, delivery strategies, and preliminary pricing P&Ls.   Duties & Responsibilities  

Partner with Sales and operational leadership to evaluate prospective client opportunities, define scope, assess client data, and establish assumptions for solution design, staffing, and pricing Establish standardized methodologies for translating client volumes, workload, productivity, and service requirements into staffing and delivery models across domestic and global operations Lead development of opportunity-level staffing models and financial P&Ls, including revenue, labor and delivery costs, profitability, and EBITDA Develop pricing recommendations and conduct financial sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of volume, productivity, staffing, delivery mix, and other key assumptions on profitability Lead cross-functional pricing reviews with Sales, Operations, Finance, and divisional leadership to validate assumptions, resolve risks, and secure appropriate approvals Establish pricing governance and ensure approved operational, staffing, financial, and commercial assumptions are accurately documented and maintained through the contracting process Partner with Finance and Sales to ensure final pricing aligns with approved financial models, commercial terms, and CRM opportunity values Develop benchmarks and analytical tools to improve staffing, pricing, and profitability decisions across revenue cycle service lines Establish a feedback process comparing original staffing and pricing assumptions with actual client performance to improve future opportunity modeling and pricing accuracy Other duties as assigned Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards

Understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times Limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to perform assigned duties

  Required Qualifications  

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline 10+ years’ experience within healthcare revenue cycle management, outsourced healthcare services, business process outsourcing, or a comparable services environment, with 5+ in a leadership role Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations and the relationship between volumes, inventories, productivity, staffing, collections, and financial performance Demonstrated experience building complex staffing, capacity, or workforce models Demonstrated experience developing P&Ls, pricing models, or business cases Strong financial acumen with an understanding of revenue, direct labor, gross profit, EBITDA, and margin Ability to analyze large and sometimes incomplete datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and large dataset manipulation Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented  Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

  Preferred Qualifications  

Experience specifically within outsourced healthcare revenue cycle services Experience developing staffing models across both domestic and offshore/global delivery centers Familiarity with Philippine and/or India-based service delivery models SQL proficiency Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM Experience with financial planning, pricing, workforce management, business intelligence, or data visualization tools Experience supporting complex contingent-fee, fixed-fee, transactional, or performance-based commercial structures

  Working Conditions  

Travel to client sites and/or company office locations required Ability to work outside of normal business hours required Must possess a smart-phone or electronic device capable of downloading applications, for multifactor authentication and security purposes Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; Sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal
